01 General Terms & Conditions

Gtbets is an online gaming and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other approved regions. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. They apply to all members regardless of whether they have been read.

Gtbets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• This service is for individuals aged 18 and above only.
• Accounts accessed from restricted countries or regions may be suspended.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Professional sports players and officials may not place bets on events in which they are involved.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To register on gtbets, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of your balance. Each member is allowed only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

What you'll need to provide at registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of Birth (required to verify 18+)
• Preferred Payment Method

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, gtbets may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification is completed.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on gtbets are fast and fully secure. We support Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Deposit and withdrawal limits and processing times are outlined below:

Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts. Withdrawals must be processed using the same method used for the original deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Gtbets reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Daily withdrawal limit is up to ৳50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gtbets regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: For most bonuses, you must wager the bonus amount at least 10–30 times before making a withdrawal.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One Bonus, One Use: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Multiple Accounts: If multiple accounts from the same individual or household claim bonuses, both accounts will be closed.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account forfeiture.

05 Betting & Gaming Policy

Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on gtbets. All bets are considered final and cannot be changed once confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gtbets reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Live betting remains available after a match has started, but odds may change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Winnings will be forfeited if a member is found to be involved in match-fixing or fraud.
• The maximum win limit on a single bet is ৳5,00,000 (separate rules apply for special events).

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

Gtbets believes gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. Our responsible gaming tools are always free to use.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Gtbets may suspend or permanently close any account at any time without notice for any of the following reasons:

• For operating multiple accounts.
• For abusing the bonus system.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity.
• If evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity is found.

If an account is closed and a valid balance exists with no proven violation, it will be refunded. The balance may be temporarily held during the course of an investigation.
